FAQs

  1. I no longer need my Weekly or Monthly Season ticket; will I receive a refund? products-faq-angle-arrow.svg products-faq-angle-arrow-purple.svg

If you stop travelling and no longer need your Season Ticket, you can hand it to the ticket office where you bought it. Any refund is calculated from the date the Season Ticket was handed in and will be the difference between the price you paid and the cost of a ticket or tickets for the period for which you have actually used the ticket. An administration charge of up to £10 may also be deducted from the refund amount. There must be at least seven days remaining on a Monthly Season Ticket to obtain a refund. If you have any queries please contact our Customer Relations Team.
  2. Can I use pay as you go with contactless? products-faq-angle-arrow.svg products-faq-angle-arrow-purple.svg

If you have a contactless card or device and are travelling wholly within the contactless pay as you go area, you can use pay as you go with contactless. You’ll be charged an adult fare.
