How do I pay for parking at c2c stations?
AutoPay
This is a ticketless operation, which makes paying easier. Once you’ve registered for AutoPay you no longer need to physically pay every time you park. Your account will be debited automatically and there’s no need to display a ticket as your parking session is automatically registered using your car registration.
We only charge you a daily tariff, valid until 4am the next day.
- Register at c2c-parking.co.uk
Online
You can pay online after leaving the car park. Post-payment can be made until 4am the next day after your exit.
RingGo app
RingGo phone parking is a fast, easy and convenient payment for parking. There's no need to display a ticket in your car and you'll receive text reminders before your parking expires so you can be reminded to pay and extend your parking by phone (not available at Dagenham Dock).
Text
You can pay for your parking by texting 81025 and typing in your Location and Duration (in days). Texts are charged at standard network rate.
At the station
You can also pay for your parking at the station by entering your vehicle registration at the car park machine but you can only pay via debit/credit card.
Parking FAQs
-
Can I pick up/drop off at c2c stations?
There is a short grace period (fewer than 30 minutes) to allow for drop off and pick up. ANPR will record any cars coming in and out of the car park and will calculate a charge at the end of the day. If your stay is under the grace period you will not be charged and the system will be updated overnight
