Book Passenger Assist

We want everyone who travels with us to feel welcome on our trains. If you are disabled, have a non-visible impairment, or are elderly, you can pre-book assistance via the Passenger Assist website or app.

It’s best to try to book assistance at least 2 hours in advance, but staff should still be present at stations if you haven’t booked and require support or need help on your journey. Please arrive at least 20 minutes before your train departs to allow us sufficient time to assist you.
